The Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special was the top-of-the-line sedan in 1956. Almost a limousine, it rode on a 133-inch wheelbase and was 226 inches long. The big sedan weighed just over 4,600 pounds and carried a luxury price tag of $5,047 without any add-ons.
1956 was the final year that Cadillac would wear the P-38 - a WW2 Fighter Plane-inspired tail fins.
Cadillac produced only 17,000 of the big Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special sedans which makes it somewhat rare and collectible.
