The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom is a tandem two-seat, twin-engine, all-weather, long-range fighter jet. Used by the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Marines. By the mid-1960s it had become a major part of the air support.
The F4 Phantom was the most produced American supersonic aircraft in history which cemented its position as an iconic combat aircraft.
